I’ve always loved the haiku as an art form. In my opinion, it’s the verbal equivalent of calligraphy: elegant in its simplicity, yet deceptively rich and complex. So, I thought I’d explore it in greater depth.

Originally, this site was going to be a 365 challenge; I wanted to write one haiku per day for a whole year, starting on January 1st. But as I started thinking about it, I figured there was no reason to wait. So, here it is. I hope you enjoy it.
